One of the most exciting plays in all of football is when a wide receiver plants a linebacker firmly on his ass with a big block. When a guy labeled a ”pass-catching diva” puts a mean lick on one of the big boys, it’s easy for us to get jacked up as fans. Speaking of jacking people up, that’s exactly what itty, bitty Panthers WR Steve Smith did on Thursday night. During a running play he made clam chowder out of Dolphins LB Channing Crowder. I’m not sure what was more sore for Crowder after Smith’s big block — his pride or his keister? Here’s the highlight…
