Earlier today when the Atlanta Braves faced off against the Chicago Cubs, a fan made a stunning grab that was deemed “Highlight of the Game.” Cubs outfielder Alfonso Soriano fouled off a 2-2 pitch and a fan, who happened to be holding an infant in his right arm, reached out and made a one-handed grab with his left.
Well done, sir. The catch even caught the attention of Braves shortstop Andrelton Simmons, who couldn’t help but to applaud the fans snag. Here is video of the impressive catch:
We all may be praising the catch, but the baby’s mamma is likely more impressed by the man’s ability to hang on to her child.
