Five-star recruit Thomas Tyner from Aloha High School is headed to the Oregon Ducks football program and is considered one of the top high school recruits in the nation. This past Friday, Tyner showcased his skills and displayed exactly why everyone is talking about Oregon tailback.

In an 83-63 shootout with Lakeridge High School, Tyner put together a record setting performance.

The running back, who was celebrating his 18th birthday, carried the ball an impressive 38 times. The numbers that he racked up on those 38 carries will blow you away.

Tyner racked up 643 yards and ten touchdowns on the night. Both of those numbers were all-time state records.

In the first half alone, Tyner had touchdown runs of 20, 41, 62, 60 and 65 yards. He capped off the night with an interview in which he stated , “I’m tired. I’m going to sleep.” After that mind-blowing performance, he deserved every minute of his slumber.
