Auburn Tigers Fan Petitions Barack Obama To Fire Gene Chizik

Just two years after winning the BCS National Championship, the Auburn Tigers have fallen from grace. The team has yet to win a conference game this season and their disappointing season has left fans disgusted and ready for a new regime to run the show.

One fan, took his disgust and frustration with the program to another level by using the website “We The People” to petition President Barack Obama to make a change at the top of the Tigers program. The fan called for the firing of Auburn athletic director Jay Jacobs and head coach Gene Chizik.

Here is what the fan wrote to President Obama:

“You probably remembered the Auburn University football team from their visit to your house in early 2011. You gave Trooper Taylor a chest bump. Since then the football team, like the Tea Party has fallen off of the map and would be forgotten by the nation were it not for our ineptitude. …

“Do the right thing.

Either sent military drones to the athletic department and blow the whole thing up or give our boosters a $10 million stimulus package to create new orange and blue jobs. Determine that Jacobs and Chizik are terrorists and get rid of them for Auburn. Go USA!”

This just goes to show the standard of football that fans in the SEC expect from their coaches. Auburn has been nothing but a disappointment this season and the Tigers fans are ready for a change and some new hope. This fan appears to believe that Obama can help. \
