Outspoken Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban has never been one to hold his tongue. Recently, he went off and ripped the NBA over their deal with the alternative energy bracelet, Power Balance. The bracelets feature a hologram that is ”based on Eastern philosophies of health and wellness,” according to the company’s official website.

Power Balance and the NBA have agreed to a licensing deal that will bring NBA logos to the bracelet’s holograms for a mere $32.99.

Cuban had a previous run in with the bracelets on an episode of ABC’s “Shark Tank” here he called out the bracelets for being an absolute scam.

“No, I’m allergic to scams,” Cuban said during the show. “Seriously, this is not new. It’s been disproven. What you saw is the placebo effect. There’s athletes that wear it. It’s a joke. It’s a scam. It’s not real.”

His opinion on the matter has not changed since February’s episode of the show.

“See this stuff?” Cuban said in a video slamming the NBA for the licensing deal. “It was a scam when they were on ‘Shark Tank.’ It’s still a scam. I don’t care if the NBA was dumb enough to sign an agreement; this is going where it belongs.”

Cuban then dumped the display into the garbage can and told ESPN Dallas that he would not allow the product inside of the Maverick’s locker room. Here is the video of Cuban slamming the NBA:
