Brian Wilson’s Tenure With San Francisco Giants Coming To An End

It appears that 30-year-old right-handed pitcher Brian Wilson’s career with the San Francisco Giants is coming to an end after Wilson was non-tendered. Wilson and his glorious black beard will now hit the free agent market.

There is some concern surrounding Wilson’s health for next season, but he is expected to make a full recovery from Tommy John’s surgry for the start of 2013.

As for potential landing spots for Wilson, he will be a highly sought after free agent and will receive major interest from a handful of teams. Some early names that have emerged are the Los Angeles Dodgers and Boston Red Sox.
