The Tennessee Volunteers will be losing their top wide receiver as the 2013 NFL Draft class gains a top talent. Vols wideout Justin Hunter has decided to forgo his final year of eligibility and declare for the NFL draft. Hunter made the announcement on his Twitter account.

After making the announcement on his Twitter account, Hunter confirmed to govols247 that he indeed will be going pro.
Many NFL scouts believe Hunter will be selected in the first or second round of the draft.
Hunter was recovering from a torn ACL suffered in 2011 and he was able to make a statement this year during his return to the field. He led the Vols with 1,083 yards and nine touchdowns this season.
