Miami Heat star guard Dwyane Wade was being defended by Ramon Sessions of the Charlotte Bobcats in the fourth quarter of their match up, when a slick little flick of the leg by Wade connected with the man region of Sessions. Of course, Sessions collapsed to the floor after taking the groin shot and it left us all wondering whether or not the cheap shot was intentional.
Sessions was not happy with the shot, which is expected.
“I thought he did it on purpose and it wasn’t called,” said Sessions.
You can understand Session’s frustrations with the nut shot, which didn’t result in a foul. It certainly appeared to be a blatant blow and should have received a whistle.
Here is video of the low blow, so decide for yourself whether or not it was intentional:
What do you think of the low blow? Was it an accidental shot or an intentional hit below the belt?
