The Atlanta Falcons are having their way with the Seattle Seahawks early in their NFC divisional round matchup. Following a fourth down stop of Seattle, Atlanta drove down the field and extended their lead to 20.
Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan threw a beautiful ball downfield to Roddy White that resulted in a 47-yard touchdown strike.
White has happy to finally break loose from Seahawks All-Pro cornerback Richard Sherman, and he wasn’t shy after he scored. He got right up in Sherman’s grill and gave the Seahawks corner a taste of the trash talk he is used to handing out.
Here is White torching Sherman for a touchdown to extend the Falcons lead:
It’s getting ugly in the Georgia Dome. Russell Wilson and the Seahawks need to compose themselves and put some points on the scoreboard before this game is completely out of reach.
