Nike Hoop Summit 2013: United States Roster Announced

The United States roster for the April 20 Nike Hoop Summit was announced on Sunday. Team USA is headlined by Chicago Simeon sensation Jabari Parker and Richmond, Texas twins Aaron and Andrew Harrison. The Nike Hoop Summit will put some of the nation’s top high school basketball players against an all-star team from around the world.

This year’s game takes place at the Rose Garden in Portland.

Team USA will be coached by Mike Jones from DeMatha Catholic High School in Maryland. Jones’ assistant will be Cory Alexander from the Boo Williams AAU program.

Here is the full Nike Hoop Summit Team USA roster featuring the players and their college of choice:

  • G Aaron Harrison (Kentucky)
  • G Andrew Harrison Kentucky)
  • G Kasey Hill (Florida)
  • G Demetrius Jackson Notre Dame)
  • F Aaron Gordon (Undecided)
  • F Rondae Hollis-Jefferson (Arizona)
  • F Jabari Parker (Duke)
  • F Bobby Portis (Arkansas)
  • F Julius Randle (Undecided)
  • F Noah Vonleh (Indiana)

The World roster will be announced by event organizers in late February or early March. In last year’s game, Team USA fell to the World squad by a score of 84-75.
