Super Bowl XLVII Betting Odds: 49ers' Colin Kaepernick Favorite to Win MVP

With nearly two weeks until the Super Bowl XLVII matchup between the San Francisco 49ers and Baltimore Ravens, betting odds are beginning to surface and fluctuate.
