Rising mixed martial arts star Rachel Wray scored an impressive second-round TKO victory over her opponent Katelyn Radtka at the Voodoo Lounge at Harrah’s Casino in Kansas City, Missouri.
In the second-round Wray executed a perfect sprawl to prevent Radtka’s takedown and immediately was looking for the finish.
You could see Wray realize the guillotine attempt was there, but while she was looking to lock it in Radtka was able to get back to her feet. It was all downhill for Radtka from there.
Wray landed a viscous flurry of punches and did continued to punish her opponent until the referee decided to step in and call the bout.
Following the fight, Wray took to Twitter to let out her emotions and happiness for scoring the win. “So happy. #HWPO,” Wray wrote.
For those that don’t remember, Wray is the former Kansas City Chiefs Cheerleader who is now shifting her focus to making a successful career in mixed martial arts.
With her latest win under her belt, it is safe to say she is off to a good start.
