Rajon Rondo ACL: The Play Where Celtics Star May Have Torn Ligament (Video)

The Boston Celtics were hit with some horrible news today when it was learned that star point guard Rajon Rondo will miss the remainder of the season with a torn ACL.

No one is quite sure when exactly Rondo suffered the injury, but his MRI on Sunday did confirm the Celtics greatest fear.

Regardless of when the injury happened, it is a devastating blow for the Celtics title hopes his season. If there was ever a time to blow up the roster and build for the future, this would be the perfect time.
