Nevada Wolf Pack Recruit Shows Off Team’s New Alternate Helmets (Photo)

The Chris Ault era in Nevada is over and it is time for the Wolf Pack to prepare for changes under Brian Polian. While there is a changing of the guard at the top of the program, it appears that the players could be experiencing a change of their own with some brand spanking new helmets.

Defensive back commit Cameron Hartsfield shared an image on Twitter of three Nevada helmets.

Not only Hartsfield’s image show the classic blue helmet worn by Nevada, but it also featured a white and great helmet that could be used for alternate looks. Here is the image Hartsfield tweeted:

I am a big fan of the white helmet look and it works perfectly with the silver accent from the Wolf Pack logo and facemask on the helmet. If these helmets are just being used as a recruiting tool, it is a smart move from the football program. If the team plans to wear these on the field with some new alternate uniforms, even better.

I like them and I hope they finally put the players names on the back of the jerseys so you can identify and follow individual players. I like going to the games but it was just like watching a generic football team without knowing their names.
