Why would the giants go for a defensive end or any defensive lineman when we have arguably the best d-line in the league?? As a fan I would like to see us get t’eo and believe its a better football move to do so. If not a linebacker please get us a cover corner to get Websters scrub ass off the field.

The Bengals main problem in the second half of the season was stopping tight ends and scoring points. Defensive ends do neither. They already have enough defensive lineman, took two last year in the first 3 rounds. Rather improve a weak position than add depth to their strongest asset.

I dont know how you can upgrade from johnson, atkins and dunlap. All top 10 in league at positions.

Yes that is true but they also have the most cap room of any NFL team with 55 million and other than johnson, the players whose contracts are up are backups. I dont see the need to use a first round pick on a spot that is already one of the strong points of the team. I see more need at other positions like center/guard, saftey, linebacker, wide receiver and running back.

They have three free agent defensive ends and it’s unlikely they can resign them all. They will definitely need the depth and could use an upgrade.

why do the bengals need a pass rusher? they were 2nd in the NFL in sacks and will franchise tag michael johnson and have carlos dunlap and geno atkins. doesnt make sense.

LT is definitely a big need, but when your quarterbacks last season were John Skelton, Kevin Kolb and Ryan Lindley, there is no doubt that position needs to be addressed early.
