The NBA trade deadline has passed and there were no major trades that the fans were hoping for. Of course, that is what you should expect with the new collective bargaining agreement and luxury tax scaring off owners from big trades, along with the previous trades of James Harden and Jeremy Lin.
The biggest name to be moved on Thursday’s deadline was Orlando Magic shooting guard J.J. Redick that was shipped to the Milwaukee Bucks, that lost out on Atlanta Hawks star forward late at the last minute.
For NBA gaming fans, all of the trade deadline moves will be included on Friday’s anticipated NBA 2K13 roster update.
Along with the Redick move, fans can expect the update to feature Eric Maynor to the Portland Blazers, Jordan Crawford to the Boston Celtics, Thomas Robinson to the Houston Rockets, Patrick Patterson heading to the Sacramento Kings, Marcus Morris on his way to the Phoenix Suns and Ronnie Brewer Brewer on the Oklahoma City Thunder.
It will be a big roster update for NBA fans and fans of the game, so stay tuned to Xbox Live and the PlayStation Network for the updated NBA 2K13 roster.
