Earlier this morning, we passed along the news that the Toronto Raptors had emerged as the favorite to land Phoenix Suns guard Sebastian Telfair and the rumor has now turned into a reality.
Multiple reports are indicating that the Raptors are sending center Hamed Haddadi and a second-round pick to the Suns in exchange for Telfair. Ken Berger of CBS Sports was one of the first to pass along the news.

The move would give the Raptors another ball handler and Telfair could come at a low price.He could also pair with recently acquired Rudy Gay to help push the pace for the Raptors offense.
On the season, Telfair is averaging 6.0 points, 2.5 assists and 1.5 rebounds in 17.3 minutes per game.
