The NBA trade deadline is just over an hour away and we have one of our first moves of the afternoon with the Washington Wizards reportedly shipping shooting guard Jordan Crawford to the Boston Celtics. The deal that will bring guard help to the Celtics is not yet finalized, but will apparently not include rookie center Fab Melo.

The fact that rumor is circulating that Melo is not part of the deal leaves us wondering what Boston gave up to acquire the guard if Aldridge’s report is correct, but we will keep you updated as the details become available.
UPDATE: The Celtics will send Leandro Barbosa’s expiring contract to the Wizards in exchange for Crawford, per Yahoo! Sports’ Adrian Wojnarowski.
