Players are beginning to arrive in Indianapolis for the 2013 NFL Scouting Combine with work outs starting over the weekend. Unfortunately for the talent evaluators, Georgia Bulldogs linebacker Jarvis Jones, will not participate in the work outs, per ESPN’s Adam Schefter. Jones will pass up on the scouting combine and focus on the Georgia Pro Day.

Jones is one of the top players in this year’s draft class, but there are medical concerns surrounding him. While Jones won’t be working out in Indy, he will still undergo physicals and get the medical checks that are going to be very crucial in his draft stock.
If Jones checks out with a clean bill of health, he should be a top ten lock. However, if the spinal stenosis or any other health problems raise concerns, then Jarvis could be in for a draft day slide.
