The 2013 NFL Draft class has some incredible wide receivers with blazing speed and that was on display at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis for on-field drills at the 2013 NFL Scouting Combine.

Two wide receivers, West Virginia’s Tavon Austin and Marquise Goodwin of Texas, were able to challenge Tennessee Titans running back Chris Johnson’s 40-yard dash record by running a blistering 4.25 in their attempts.

It will be interesting to see the official 40-yard dash times come in, but there is little doubt that Austin and Goodwin will be among the fastest players in NFL Scouting Combine history when the times come in.
