In the semi-brawl that took place, the NBA came down hard with suspensions and fines to both teams. While Pacers’ guard, Lance Stephenson didn’t get suspended, he did however receive a fine of $35,000.
The backup point guard for the Indiana Pacers, Stephenson has a salary of just $870,000. A fine like this would hurt his wallet greatly and result in 4% of his pre-tax savings.
