NFL Draft 2013: Damontre Moore Continues To Fall Down Draft Boards After Poor Interviews

Sep 29, 2012; College Station, TX, USA; Texas A

It seems like just a few weeks ago Texas A&M Aggies defensive end Damontre Moore was one of the hottest prospects in the 2013 NFL Draft class and was consistently being placed in the top five of mock drafts. Of course, that was all before the NFL Scouting Combine in Indianapolis happened.

Moore had an abysmal performance at the combine and has started to see his draft stock start to rapidly decline.

NFL Draft specialist Gil Brandt has even left Moore off of his most recent mock draft because his stock has fallen so far. Brandt states that Moore not only performed poorly during on-field drills, but he also failed miserably during the interview process.

Moore was a hot prospect entering the draft season, but he has been one of the biggest losers throughout the entire process.

I undertsand the combine has an effect but he literally was considered top 5 everywhere and im guessing that was because of his game tape. The tape doesnt lie and i was saying the last thing last year about vontaze burfict, and i knew he would dropped but was blown away when he went undrafted and he killed it on a very good cincinnati Defense. Oh by the way there D coordinator Mike Zimmer is beyond underated and I’m an Eagles fan and wanted him as our head coach
