Antoine Cason Receiving Interest From ‘Multiple Teams’

One of the free agents who is generating the most interest early in the negotiations period is San Diego Chargers cornerback Antoine Cason. Sirius XM Radio’s Adam Caplan passed along the news

One of the teams that could emerge as a favorite for Cason could be the Indianapolis Colts. Indianapolis recently hired former Chargers executive Jimmy Raye, so the obvious connection is there.

The former first-round pick has a lot left to give to a NFL franchise at just 26-years-old. Cason has 308 tackles and 12 interceptions in his young career. Cason was an All-American during his days with the Arizona Wildcats, but he has yet to earn All-Pro honors in the NFL.
