The Washington Redskins released DeAngelo Hall on Tuesday and now they are looking for replacements in the defensive backfield. One of the cornerbacks that they could be targeting in the free agency period is Aqib Talib, who hit the open market when the New England Patriots decided not to use the franchise tag on him.

The two sides are just working to see if the money will work out:

The problem for the Washington Redskins is that they only have $600,000 in cap space to work with, so they would have to make more moves before making a serious run at a player like Talib.
