The Houston Texans lost safety Glover Quin to the Detroit Lions on Wednesday and the team is going to quickly look for a replacement in the defensive backfield. One of the names that has been linked to the Texans is Baltimore Ravens free agent Ed Reed. According to reports, Reed will be flying to Houston and meeting with the Texans tomorrow.

Per John McClain of the Houston Chronicle:

If Reed was to sign with the Texans, it would be the latest devastating blow to the Ravens defense that has already lost Ray Lewis, Paul Kruger and Dannell Ellerbe this offseason. But, hey, good thing they tied $100 million in to Joe Flacco, right?
