Gerald Sensabaugh has been receiving interest since his release from the Dallas Cowboys last week. He was immediately linked to the New Orleans Saints because of the connection with former defensive coordinator Rob Ryan and he had received interest from the Arizona Cardinals.

Now, another team is throwing their hat in the mix for Sensabaugh — the Tennessee Titans.

Sensabaugh is still a valuable player who can play either free safety or strong safety. He was released from Dallas because of salary cap issues and the Cowboys loss could be someone else’s gain.

The connection between Sensabaugh and the Titans is a very interesting one. Tennessee’s secondary coach is Brett Maxie, who held the same role and coached Sensabaugh during his time in Big D. He knows exactly how much Sensabaugh has left to offer.
