The Bucknell Bison are the latest team to earn an automatic bid to the 2013 NCAA Tournament after their 64-56 win over Lafayette in the Patriot League Championship on Wednesday night. Bucknell was the only team to earn an automatic bid Wednesday and will be the final team to enter the field until this weekend.

Bucknell heads into the big dance with the Patriot League Player of the Year Mike Muscala and a 28-5 record.

One thing that could play into the Bisons favor in the tournament is that they have the second-lowest turnover rate in the nation. Bucknell has been able to pull off upsets in the the past, including a shocking win over Kansas in 2005, so they are certainly worth the attention.

Expect them to enter the field as a No. 12 or No. 13 seed. They will most likely be a hot upset pick in the first round.
