Josh Cribbs appears to be on his way to becoming the newest member of the Arizona Cardinals, but that won’t stop him from remembering his roots. The wide receiver/return specialist who entered the league as an undrafted free agent out of Kent State has played his entire career with the Cleveland Browns, so it was bitter sweet when he learned that his days in Cleveland could be numbered.
Cribbs spent the past 8 years — 12 if you count his college days — playing in the state of Ohio, so when he learned that the deal would be official he sent out a heartfelt message to the Browns fans who have supported him throughout his entire career.
He posted a picture with the following message on his Instagram account:
It’s been a blessing to be in Cleveland, wishing the best to the city & the Team. If I could stay I would…

Cribbs has nothing officially signed with the Cardinals, but it is almost certain that he will not be returning to the Browns. At least he gave the Browns fans one last message and a piece of himself as he moves on to the next stage of his career.
What a class act.
