The New York Giants will be having an alternate look for the 2013-14 NFL season. That’s right. The New York Giants, who have one of the most traditional uniforms in the league, will be receiving an alternate uniform for the upcoming season. But don’t you worry Giants fans, the team will still be very recognizable.
The only difference for the Giants will be the use of white pants for the first time since 1999.
Last time the Giants wore white pants, they had “GIANTS” written out across their helmet.
New York will wear the white pants with their blue jerseys for select home and away games. They will not wear an all-white look at anytime during the season like they did the previous years they sported the white pant look.
According to the Giants, the new white pants “have a thin red stripe bordered by gray and blue stripes.” The gray pants that the team traditional wear “have a blue stripe bordered by gray and red stripes.”
Do you like the idea of adding a white pant to the team’s uniform rotation? Let us hear your thoughts.
