James Harrison Visits Cincinnati Bengals
By Josh Sanchez
Former Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker is still looking for a job and his search for a new home has kept him in the AFC North. According to the USA Today, the veteran linebacker who drew initial interest from the Baltimore Ravens and Cleveland Browns is now set to meet with the Cincinnati Bengals. There is just something about that division that Harrison must love.
"The outspoken linebacker is visiting the Cincinnati Bengals on Thursday, according to a person informed of the meeting between the sides. The person spoke to USA TODAY Sports on condition of anonymity because the team doesn’t comment on free-agent visits"
Cincinnati has a duo of physical linebackers in Rey Maualuga and Vontaze Burfict, but there is a void at the third position after Manny Lawson left for the Buffalo Bills in free agency.
Adding Harrison would give the team some pass rushing help while adding another hard-nosed linebacker to the mix.
If Harrison was to find a new home in the AFC North, the Bengals would be a great fit.
