The Manning brothers were scheduled to meet again in 2014, but that was before Peyton Manning found his way to Denver to quarterback the Broncos. Bits and pieces of the NFL schedule are leaking out, and it looks like the Denver Broncos and New York Giants will meet in Manning Bowl III during week 2 of the 2013 season.

Per USA Today:

"The Brothers Manning will meet once again this season in New Jersey in Week 2. The matchup was announced Thursday, along with the rest of the NFL schedule."

Eli talked about to steal secrets while practicing at Duke with Peyton this month.

“Well, we had to be careful when we were at Duke together. I was trying to kind of ask his receivers some questions about their reads and hots and what the defense was doing a little bit, but I think he had prepared them pretty well not to tell me anything,” Eli Manning joked Thursday. “We haven’t talked about it a whole lot. Just joking and jabs at each other. Obviously, anytime you play your brother, when I play Peyton in a game, it is special and it is unique.”

The elder Manning is 2-0 against his younger brother in the two times they’ve met. Peyton’s Colts beat Eli’s Giants first in 2006 and then again in 2008. The next scheduled meeting between the two teams was set for 2014, as that’s the next time the Colts will play the Giants, but thanks to Manning signing with the Broncos, Manning Bowl III has been bumped up.
