Joe Johnson and J.R. Smith. These two guys are responsible for half of the top buzzer beaters from the 2012-13 NBA season. Of course, it doesn’t mean we shouldn’t watch them again. You know, because they’re awesome. There are a few other players with quality highlights thrown in, too.

The rankings are my own, based on a combination of difficulty of the shot, opponent/matchup it was done against, and play design (or lack thereof). Don’t worry, it’s all pretty arbitrary.

Let’s not waste any time and get the countdown started.

I gotta be honest, #1 gets better because of Ian Eagle’s call. “That was real and that was spectacular”

Moral of the story: DO NOT let Joe Johnson or J.R. Smith get a last-second shot. Ever.

Wait, wait, wait. How do those two honorable mentions not make the list? Both were better than #10!

  • Patrick Allen

Ohhhh man #3 is sweet. Like a magic trick.
