The top of the 2013 NFL Draft is expected to be dominated with offensive linemen, with a run on offensive tackles starting very early. The top three offensive tackle prospects — Luke Joeckel, Eric Fisher and Lane Johnson — could all be gone by pick No. 5 and most certainly by the No. 7 overall pick.

If that is the case, there are a few players who will hear there name called late in round one with teams trading up to get the last of the top rated tackles.

This is great news Justin Pugh, who has begun to receive first-round consideration.

Many talent evaluators believe that Pugh is one of the most intelligent players in the draft, and his versatility is very intriguing. Pugh has experience at left tackle, but he also has the ability to bump inside and play guard at the next level.

Pugh may not have the arm length that is ideal for a NFL tackle, but his film should ease any concerns that he doesn’t have what it takes.
