The Cincinnati Bengals are coming off of another playoff season, and that’s nothing short of incredible. But there are still holes to fill on the team and they think they filled one by selecting Tyler Eifert with the 21st overall pick.

This might comes as a surprise for those who know the Bengals have Jermaine Grisham at tight end, but the Bengals know that the NFL is a changing league and tight ends aren’t what they used to be. Andy Dalton now has an offense where he can throw to either A.J. Green, Jermaine Grisham or now Tyler Eifert in addition to whatever running game the Bengals throw out there.

Cincinnati is a really good team and people are starting to notice that. But they have holes to fill and Eifert may be a head scratcher on the surface but it shows the tea is ready to move in a more aggressive fashion on offense and Andy Dalton is primed to have a breakthrough season in 2013 witht he weapons he now has to chose from.
