NFL Draft 2013: Cleveland Browns Select Barkevious Mingo

The start of the 2013 NFL Draft has been dominated by two positions — offensive tackle and pass rusher. When the Cleveland Browns were on the clock with the No. 6 overall pick, they kept the trend rolling by drafting LSU Tigers pass rushing specialist Barkevious Mingo.

The Browns are completely changing the identity on their defense after an offseason that added Paul Kruger to go with Jabaal Sheard. When you add Mingo’s freakish first step to the mix, the Browns have an incredible arsenal of pass rushers.

As far as natural pass rushers go, Mingo is one of the most talented there is. You have to love this pick if you are a Browns fan.

Here are the current draft results:

1. Kansas City Chiefs — Eric Fisher, offensive tackle, Central Michigan
2.  Jacksonville Jaguars — Luke Joeckel, offensive tackle, Texas A&M
3. Miami Dolphins (via Oakland Raiders) — Dion Jordan, Outside Linebacker, Oregon
4. Philadelphia Eagles —  Lane Johnson, offensive tackle, Oklahoma
5. Detroit Lions — Ezekiel Ansah, defensive end, BYU
6.  Cleveland Browns — Barkevious Mingo, outside linebacker, LSU

The draft is always a treat for NFL fans, so be sure that you tune in and see who the newest players to rock your favorite teams uniforms will be, and stay tuned to FanSided.com throughout the draft for the latest news, rumors and analysis of every pick.
