Bayern Munich Jumping in the Mix For Liverpool's Luis Suarez

After being banned 10 games for biting Chelsea defender Branislav Ivanovic, the relationship between Liverpool and front man Luis Suarez has been strained beyond repair. He is not expected to return to the club following the conclusion of the season and a number of teams are already preparing to make a run at the banned striker.

Teams like Barcelona and Atletico Madrid have already been discussed as potential landing spots for the 26-year-old. Now, another team is jumping in to the mix and they have an interesting advantage which could make them the favorite to land Suarez.

Bayern Munich is reportedly looking in to the Uruguayan forward and head coach Pep Guardiola is not afraid to spend money on the transfer market.

It is also Guardiola that has the interesting connection to Suarez that could help a transfer to Bayern take place.

Guardiola’s brother Pere is Suarez’s agent. How is that for a twist to plot?

If the brothers can find a common ground and bring the star striker over from Anfield, Bayern Munich could be poised to repeat as winners of Bundesliga.
