The MVP(s) of Game Three…

It wasn’t LeBron James. It wasn’t Dwyane Wade.

It was both Chris Bosh and Norris Cole.

The Miami Heat took a 2-1 series lead after a hard-fought win against the Chicago Bulls Friday night. LeBron James had his worst shooting performance of the postseason (6 for 17), but hit a huge three-pointer and an “and-one” basket which clinched the win for the defending champions.

Although LeBron came through down the stretch, the game ball will have to be shared by Bosh and Cole. Bosh grabbed 19 huge rebounds while chipping in 20 points. Norris Cole was an adrenaline boost off the bench and hit key shot after shot to keep Miami in the game, finishing with 18 points.

Chicago looked as if they were going to take control of the series and win Game Three. They led for most of the game and was tied with Miami at 70 going into the final period. However, Miami wasn’t going to let the game slip away.

The Heat took advantage of the Bulls’ fatigue and put them away with a thirty-four point fourth quarter. LeBron James decided enough was enough and scored 8 points in the final 2:34 of the game.

Chicago must rebound from another tough loss in Game Four or they could be in jeopardy of facing a 3-1 deficit in the series.

Game Four will be played Monday, May 13th at 7:00 PM ET on TNT.
