New York Knicks’ Iman Shumpert Status Uncertain For Game 4; Will Be Game-Time Decision

There is a big injury concern for the New York Knicks heading in to Game 4 of their Eastern Conference semifinals series against the Indiana Pacers. Iman Shumpert had said leading up to the game that he had hoped to play, but it is now being reported that he will be a game-time decision after some soreness that required an orthopedic specialist to come reevaluate the injured knee.

Per Tina Cervasio of FOX5 GDNY and MSG Network:

Shumpert was unable to go for the Tuesday shootaround, so his status for the game is in serious doubt.

Without Shumpert, the Knicks run a serious risk of falling in a 3-1 hole to the Pacers which would put their hopes of advancing to the conference finals on life support.
