Philadelphia 76ers guard and soon to be free agent Nick Young is facing some legal troubles that feature troubling details. Young is facing a sexual assault lawsuit after a woman claims Young met her at a bar and then drugged and raped her two years ago. CSNPhilly.com has more of the troubling details from the lawsuit.

Per the report:

"Young purchased a drink for the woman on Aug. 12, 2011 at the Crown Bar. She does not remember what happened next and eventually woke up naked at Young’s apartment. When the woman asked Young why the two were naked at his residence, he said they were having sex but stopped once she passed out. Young complied when the woman asked to take her home. The woman’s filing says that Gamma-Hydroxbutyric acid, or GHB, was later found in her system when she underwent exams at the UCLA Santa Monica Rape Treatment Center, per the report."

GHB often affects your memory and it is classified as a narcotic sedative.

It is very important to remember that Young has not been charged with anything and he should be presumed innocent until proven guilty. He has not even had the opportunity to give his side of the story, so we should all reserve judgement.

As for Young, this is something he will have to deal with over the summer while he is looking for a new job.
