The New York Rangers are coming off a smoking hot series win over the Washington Capitals, outscoring the Caps 6-0 in the last two deciding games. But while the Rangers are coming into the series hot, so are the Boston Bruins who came screaming back from a 4-goal deficit to eliminate the Toronto Maple Leafs in overtime.
Now we have a battle of two of the Original Six teams with the winner earning a trip to the Conference Finals a battle against either the Pittsburgh Penguins or the Ottawa Senators. But before we get there, we have at least four games ahead of us that will likely prove to be some of the most entertaining hockey we’ve seen all postseason long.
