2013 NBA Playoffs Talk

The 2013 NBA Playoffs have not disappointed. On the second episode of FanSided Tonite with John Ackeren, Michael Rehome of stops by to talk about the San Antonio Spurs overtime victory over Memphis Tuesday night.

John also goes on a 3 minute rant about the Grizzlies Tony Allen and his Academy Award caliber flop on a flagrant foul from Manu Ginobili. John recalls a time when tough guys (Bill Laimbeer, Dennis Rodman, ect) played the game. Is the NBA quickly catching soccer when it comes to faking injuries?

Brian Urlacher retired from the NFL today. John gives his opinion on the real reason the 13 year vet has decided to walk away from the game.

The San Fransisco 49ers lost wide receiver Michael Crabtree to a torn Achilles Heel. The star wideout will likely miss at least 6 months of action, leaving the defending NFC Champions without one of their best offensive weapons. Will newly acquired WR Anquan Boldin be able to pick up the slack and keep San Fransisco as the front runner in the NFC West?

All that and more on FanSided Tonite with John Ackeren.
