Rising Brazilian star Neymar is considered the future of soccer in his country, but he will be leaving his club team Santos for greener pastures. According to the Brazilian club, they have accepted two offers for Neymar and he will look them over and decide where he wants to play. Santos would not name the teams who’s offers they accepted, but there have been strong connections and reported negotiations with Spanish clubs Barcelona and Real Madrid.

The European transfer window is open until July and it is expected that Neymar will join his new team after playing for Brazil in the Confederations Cup in June.

Barcelona reportedly had their latest bid rejected, but they are still believed to be the strong favorite.

Another team that has interest in Neymar is German club Bayern Munich, who is competing in the UEFA Champions League final later today.

Neymar is one of the most promising stars in the game and a very marketable player, so it makes perfect sense that the top clubs in the world are making a run at it. Where he chooses to play remains unknown, but it will make a big splash in the soccer world when he finally announces his decision.

We will be watching closely.
