When this series started the Chicago Blackhawks thought the series might last a maximum of 5 games like it did against the Minnesota Wild. But the Detroit Red Wings have dragged the best team in hockey to the brink of elimination and had them firmly planted there for two games now. That all ends tonight in the United Center when the Blackhawks and Red Wings play for all the marbles, as they say, in what should no doubt be an epic Game 7.

A ton of credit needs to be handed to the Red Wings who not only beat the 2-seeded Anaheim Ducks int he first round but have done what very few thought they could so and taken the Hawks to the edge of elimination. It’s the fashion in which the Red Wings didn’t drag but transported the Blackhawks behind the shed after racing out to a 3-1 series lead.

But while netminder Jimmy Howard has been the Red Wings lifeline in the series, Detroit has squandered away two opportunities to close out the Hawks and end the series. Because of their inability to finish Chicago, a Game 7 will force someone to do it. Either the Blackhawks will do themselves in with slow offensive production or the Red Wings will break down again and lose their third straight game in a row.

So what time do the Blackhawks and Red Wings drop the puck? We’ve got all of the information you will need to know to make sure you don’t miss out on any of the action.
