The return of NBA Live was announced during EA Games’ presentation at E3 with the NBA Live 14 title, and there has been a lot of buzz since Cleveland Cavaliers star Kyrie Irving came to the stage to help unveil the game. Also released was the official trailer of the game, which heavily features Irving.
As you can see from the video, there are a ton of new features and smoother gameplay that will help the game bounce back and potentially rival the NBA 2k franchise from 2K Sports.
For the first time in the series’ history, the ball will separate from the players hands on every bounce which will allow another level of strategy and creativity from the user controlling the game.
NBA Live 14 looks like it will be an exciting game that can once again rival the NBA 2k franchise.
It will be tough for EA Sports to get back in the basketball video game market because of the success that NBA 2K has had, but NBA Live 14 certainly has the new features that gamers have been asking for.
