Neymar Opens Confederations Cup Scoring With Beautiful Goal (Video)

It didn’t take long for scoring to get underway at the 2013 Confederations Cup. With host nation Brazil taking on Japan in the opening game of the tournament, they are looking to put on a show. Sure enough, it took less than five minutes for the Brazilians to get on the scoreboard thanks to a beautiful goal from Neymar.

After a brilliant set up from a cross and chest pass, Neymar was able to perfectly one-time the ball right off the volley into the corner of the net past the Japanese goalkeeper.

It doesn’t get much better than that.
