NBA Trade Rumors — The Boston Celtics and the Los Angeles Clippers are still negotiating their blockbuster deal, and on Monday a potential solution to their issues was found. The Clippers refuse to part ways with Eric Bledsoe, but if they were to take on Jason Terry or Courtney Lee as part of the deal, Boston would drop their demands of a Bledsoe inclusion.

While it all seemed fair enough, the Clippers clearly don’t think so, at least not yet, according to CSNNE:

"Now it appears the snafu stems around the Clippers not wanting to take back the contract of either Jason Terry or Courtney Lee.Boston is open to not including Bledsoe, but only if the Clippers accept either Terry or Lee’s contracts."

If Celtics can’t get Bledsoe, they want cap relief, which is something the Clippers don’t seem to be ready to grant them just yet. With Bledsoe being out of reach at this point, the only way this deal could really get done would be if the Clippers agree with these demands.

The two teams are yet to conclude their talks and will continue the negotiations on Tuesday.
