Brian Shaw To Meet With Los Angeles Clippers Owner Donald Sterling

It appears that the Los Angeles Clippers have widdled down their head coaching search to a select few, one of which is Brian Shaw who will reportedly meet with Clipper owner Donald Sterling at some point today.

Per Brad Turner:

Brian Shaw currently is back at the Clippers’ facility for a second interview. He will meet with owner Donald Sterling today for first time

In addition to being coveted by the Clippers, Shaw is also desired by the Denver Nuggets who appear to be torn on a decision between Shaw and former Memphis Grizzlies head coach Lionel Hollins.

The Boston Celtics and Los Angeles Clippers, who earlier this week attempted to work a trade that would have allowed Celtics head coach Doc Rivers to leave his contract and sign with the Clippers, are still discussing a scenario where they would rekindle the apparently dead trade if the Clippers don’t have a head coach soon.

The soap opera that is the LA Clippers head coaching vacancy should be coming to an end shortly.
