Spurs Danny Green Partied With LeBron James, Miami Heat After NBA Finals Loss

Oy vey.

Look, I totally understand that professional sports are not what they once were. While there are moments where tempers still boil over, for the most part, players across all leagues have become much more friendly towards their counterparts.

Can you imagine the Detroit Pistons partying with the Chicago Bulls? How about the Los Angeles Lakers with the Boston Celtics? Magic and Bird poppin bottles? Jordan and Isaiah dancing in the club? It seems absurd to even imagine it and I’m pretty sure there were quite a few San Antonio Spurs fans who were less than thrilled to see Danny Green out ‘partying’ with LeBron James and the Miami Heat who had just beaten them in the NBA Finals hours earlier.

Granted, Green wasn’t exactly on stage jumping around with LeBron – more congratulating the league MVP on his second consecutive NBA title as the two did form a small friendship while they played in Cleveland together, but what’s he even doing at the club? Everybody was pretty aware the after party, if the Heat won, would be at Liv Night Club so if Green really felt the need to hit the scene, maybe a different club choice would have been more appropriate.

Also? Completely random – check out ‘crazy eyes’ Drake in the background. Haters gon hate.
