A few weeks ago, former Green Bay Packers wide receiver Greg Jennings, who recently signed a very large deal with the rival Minnesota Vikings made waves when he suggested he’d take Brett Favre over “that guy they have over there now” – that guy being Green Bay quarterback Aaron Rodgers.

And while he might be correct, it was clearly a (small) shot at Rodgers who earlier, when asked a question about Jennings replied with a “who” answer.

The two sides have calmed on their insults and it appears Jennings is extending the olive branch, calling their mini-feud nothing more than jokes.

Per Twincities.com

"I have no ill feelings for anyone over there (in Green Bay, and that includes quarterback Aaron Rodgers, whom he did not identify by name in a recent Pioneer Press story). We’re just back and forth. He jokes. I joke."

The lighthearted jabs from both sides seemed to have little seriousness in them, but just in case anybody was wondering, Jennings wanted to settle the record.
