The Heat held their (becoming somewhat annual) 2012-13 NBA Championship parade today which was attended by thousands of fans who apparently left early and…oh wait, they didn’t? They stuck around? Oh. Well, crap, didn’t expect that. Let me try this again…
The Heat held their 2012-13 NBA Championship parade today which was attended by thousands and thousands of fans who lined the streets from SW 8th Street up to U.S. 1, across the Miami River, and all the way up Biscayne Boulevard to the American Airlines Arena. It was a great even that could’ve turned pretty bad thanks to some iffy route planning.
I’m not sure if somebody forgot to check the clearance heights of the overpasses or what, but a few of them (one in-particular) came inches away from decapitating LeBron James and no, I’m not joking. Take a look for yourself:
